Building Services - Maintenance Engineer
Our client is a National Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region, they are currently looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer (Maintenance) to work with them covering their Client's Portfolio in the Southampton & Hampshire Regions.
You will be working on a high-profile site delivering planned and reactive maintenance schedules to an Office Complex & Commercial Buildings.
Working on a variety of Mechanical, Electrical building services equipment, delivering service, maintenance, fault finding & repair.
Carrying out general M&E building services and FM maintenance duties as and when required, along with Legionella.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (40hrs per week)
You will need a minimum of 4 years post apprenticeship, Knowledge & experience of working on commercial or industrial electrical plant & systems.
Ideally you will be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, holding the 2391/5 Test & Inspect along with the 18th Edition certifications would be advantageous.
If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate this will be hugely advantageous as this is a High-profile location.
You will need to have a positive attitude towards your work responsibilities & adopt flexible working methods to meet the needs of the role. It is necessary that you have good communication skills together with strong problem-solving abilities as you will have regular client contact.
