WFH (Work from Home)
Salary £45,000 basic + 5 k car allowance + up to 20k bonus

To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed Facilities Management objectives.
To evaluate customer research; market conditions; competitor data and implement marketing plan amendments as needed.
To oversee and design all marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, public relations, advertising and promotional activities.
To work with stakeholders from across the business divisions to create though leadership comms and monthly comms themes.
To create new sales campaigns to help create new business opportunities.
Report results and ROI on all marketing and sales initiatives to the Marketing & Bid Director/SLT/Board.
Circa 3-6 years of experience in the marketing industry with business to business marketing experience
Digital marketing experience
Graphic design experience (competent using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Experience with social media strategy and campaign management
Experience using email marketing software and campaign delivery
Experience with a company in a related business sector
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on, marketing strategies to meet company objectives
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
WFH with a willingness to travel and work in a national team of professionals
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
